Technical service non existent!

Paying for 75mb line that is running at 20mb. To get assistance from this company is nearly impossible. No technical call line, just WhatsApp. Contacted them 4pm the day before, got a response at 9am the next day which was ok. But the Tshepiso M sent a message, you reply and he replies 10min later. The last message has now been over an hour and still no support. This is a company obviously not focussed on service. Outcome, change supplier.
