Technical line connection issue

I am extremely annoyed and gatvol with your peoples service I have logged now for two months to have a technician come and check the connection I have done this more than 10 times your consultants are of no help can someone please sort this out or cancel my subscription because you are not refunding me either R450 is a lot of money to just give away with no service provider I will very well take you to the ombudsman ID no: *** please contact me *** it’s so simple but u guys make it so damn difficult
