Technical Assistance regarding changing my fibre password

Good Day I have been with WebAfrica for 5 years however I just can't believe the level of unprofessionalism In the service they offer, they do not care about their clients, It is impossible to get someone to get hold of their technical team. All I need is to change my fibre password but I can't get hold of their technical team.
