**** tech people

We've been having issues with a router of the provider, not the internet line and everyone I explain on their WhatsApp line, we get no assistance. It seems their tech guys/gals don't know what they're talking about. All this strife to just replace a dysfunctional router. My lord this is ****ing up my work as it keeps disconnecting my pc only, this issue happens with various laptops I've tested with. Phone and other devices work perfectly. We need an updated router and these guys keep resetting the internet line as if that's what I complained about. And on top of that, their WhatsApp contact center is useless after 5. Even though they say they're available till 8pm.
