Taking my money

I have paid on the 15th July, a full months value 399 rand. They are a month to month basis company... Now my line is disconnected... On the 2n August... And the consultant says they can't reconnect me or pay the balance they owe me. Basically I've paid for a full month and was only connected for 15 days, not 30 day. The consultant I spoke to... Fatihah very unprofessional and ****y.
