Taking money without cause and refusing to refund.

I requested an ownership transfer, as I sold my house. I completed the transfer documents, but never heard back. After numerous follow ups on mail, it took them 20 days to get back to me. Transfer was done, but still my debit order went off.

Again, after weeks of trying to get my refund, I am told there is no way they can refund me. Although the delays were on Web Africa side, I completed all documents timeously and transfer took place prior to my debit order going off – I am not getting any positive feedback or my funds back. Web Africa is just refusing.

This is NOT the first time this has happened to me, but with each move.
