Taking money with no active line.

Last year October we were looking for fibre. Long story short we did not receive anything whatsoever from webafrica not a call not a sms nothing so we don't have an active Line nothing. But they keep on deducting from my account. In November I spoke to one of their agents he assured me he that it's not going to happen again. But yet again they deducted from my account I reversed it but the bank costs I have to cover. I again spoke to an agent a few days again telling me I must give her the exact date when I spoke to the agent in November. She said she will put me through to someone else to this day in still waiting. Why must I pay so something I don't have. 😡😡😡
