Taking a debit order for an account cancelled in time

I am shocked - I cancelled my Fibre subscription telepathically as per the month's notice requirements & the agent never cancelled my line! They still deducted the monthly premium from my bank account, when this was an error on their side. I did notify them via email about the error & WebAfrica still took my money.
