Takes money not belonging to them

So please tell me who gives you the right to debit my account with a R100 for a router that was never installed or sent to us when we activate our internet. We used our very own router and we just called in to activate the internet in 2020 Nov now that we ended our service with u as we moved you deduct the money and no one assists in giving me any feedback regarding the money. Your whatsapp service is just as useless as your company and employees with in.

There was never a router issued to me from your company I have explained this to various people and no one seems to give a **** about it because ja SA's people has loads of money to just give away. You cost me so much more by taking that money from my account which you had no right in doing.
