Takes a long time for agents to reach out but atleast they do and the customer service is exceptional, all issues regarding connection, billing and all the other technical stuff they actually help out
Takes a long time for agents to reach out but atleast they do and the customer service is exceptional, all issues regarding connection, billing and all the other technical stuff they actually help out. The website is genuinely terrible and outdated like bro do I really need to talk to an agent for a reconnection to my internet after a repayment? Anyway great service but they have a lot to improve on which is better website or app maintenance and faster agent replies because waiting 40 minutes is unacceptable.
