Take your website elsewhere! (Especially Resellers)

I received an sms stating that all my services will be suspended, shortly after all domains have an extremely large and visible error message saying that the Account is suspended. This was apparently due to non-payment on an account that was in fact paid a month in advance. I have emailed and waited at least 2-3 days for a reply (initially 5 days). When I did receive a reply its merely stating that all my services are active on their side, despite the error messages that's appearing on the domains that I have included in my emails.

After many unhelpful responses stating that nothing is wrong. I recently received an email saying that maybe the domains are associated with another account??? Despite the fact that I use a single email address to login to their portal, all domains are visible there, and appear under the past statements.

Its also concerning that the support agents close the ticket after their first response as if them insinuating its not their fault/problem is sufficient. This was also not the first issue, there have be issues since sign up, with services not being activated, to failure to debit my account correctly and on time, failure to acknowledge proof of payments when sent through via the portal and email.

Being fairly new as a reseller it was rather disappointing to have to constantly assure clients that the reason their sites aren't live, or that I am unable to register their new domains are not due to my negligence but rather due to a bad hosting provider.

Web Africa is most certainly able to ruin your reputation as a reseller, and a web designer it seems. I would advise to stay away, and with a rating of 1.9 on HelloPeter I regret not researching the company before signing up.

I've reached the end of my attempts to resolve the issue and will be happily cancelling with them and moving my existing customers and new customers - those on my 2 month long waiting list (due to web africa's delays in fixing things) to another company.
