TAKE MONEY BUT NO SERVICE

i have been trying to move homes since November - and to cancel my one home and activate new i have been charged and charged and charged - quicj to take money but when you try and talk to them they pass buck from agent to agent when they actually do answer you. and with no actual results - when you request a call from management you get scrutinised and agin no resolution !!!!! MANAGERS wHerE ARe YOU - call me so i can have some resolution as NO ONE KNOWS HOW TO SOLVE ANYTHING
