Switch between LTE & Fibre

I had a nasty experience with Webafrica - I was assured that the switch between LTE & fibre will not overlap. And now I have to pay for 2 services for a month! Moral of the story please make sure that you do not just trust the sales talk. But let them put it in writing. Otherwise you also going to pay for a service not being used with money you can not afford to loose. Also check that the amount you are paying is the same amount quoted are the same, otherwise you are going to pay more than the quoted amount.
