Support Ticket unanswered - Poor Service - Router and SIP problems

I don't know what happened to Webafrica but in a matter of 2 years you went from the best service provider to the actual worst.

I submitted a ticket on 03-07-2020 07:21 AM, with regards to my xyxel router that is faulty. I have yet to receive any form of feedback at all.

Your whatsapp support is useless. We transferred our landline to your VOIP offering and utilize your SIP with our premium CounterPath Bria apps, which is far better than the GS Wave app you are suggesting. I requested from your whatsapp support that their Bria servers be whitelisted to which I received a message saying sorry we can't do that as you are only a reseller of the SIP. I spend heaps of money on you per year, and this is the level of service I receive. I am appalled and at this stage very near cancelling my services with you. Please get back to me as soon as possible and give me solutions.
