I have been experiencing micro drops in my connection for month now. web africa watsapp chat is *********** of solving the problem the only solution they know is restart or reset or reconfigure the router (with exact same acount details) . no joy in getting a fix. friend of mine in same area also expierenced same issue and cancelled with web africa because they cannot solve the issue. doing the same.
