Support non-existent

You are now forced to contact support over WhatsApp and cannot simply log a ticket or send an email. And when you do contact over WhatsApp, you end up waiting close to 3 hours only for the consultant to close the chat. Since WebAfrica are not the only ones that work for a living, I think if we are expected to wait this long, that they can also wait a bit for you to answer. I was not expecting to wait so long and had to go into a meeting, only to come back after 30 minutes and WebAfrica having closed their request. I didn't ever expect to say that WebAfrica support was worse than MTN, but there it is.
