Support never actually helps me

Every time I get through to one of their support agents about my unstable connections they tell me they'll get back to me and never do. I've been trying to solve this issue for weeks now. This is genuinely awful. I'm on one of the top plans, and can't get a stable connection out of them. I've genuinely had a terrible experience. I should've known it was going to be a bumpy ride when the person who did the install was extremely unprofessional.
