Support is the worst

Worst services I experienced in my life. My internet has been down for days now. When I follow the support steps they all transfer me to someone then Willie the useless bot keeps on saying someone will be with me shortly. Its been 3 days now that some will be with me shortly. Can't believe I recommended them to people. They are the worst and they dont even try to help you sort your issues.
