Support is atrocious

Terrible, terrible, terrible. Since moving over to Whatsapp support, this company is absolutely trash and terrible. Avoid at all costs. There was no support when receiving the router. Then the router blew. Still no support. It took me to tell them I am cancelling before they finally phoned to support me. Then it was too late. I have cancelled and gone with another company.
