Support is a nightmare

I am having issue with my internet starting to get slow and just shutting itself down and i have did the stupid troubleshooting thats in the whatsapp and there is no way I can contact them without the whatsapp support where this stupid bot don't know my address and I can get pass this point so now I am *****ed so I am going have to cancel with them
