Support at Webafrica non existent

Since moving to a WhatsApp support service Webafrica's support has deteriorated to shocking levels. As a longtime customer it is frustrating to see a once great company fall this far. There is no way to get hold of non sales people and I cannot even register my issue let alone get someone to help me.
