Super SLOW 0.5mbps LTE speeds!

WE complained for 2 weeks non stop about the slow LTE, then finally the boosted the network and we got 20-30mbps for 4 days. And now back to 0.5mbps, we cannot stream anything, end of the month is near.

I REFUSE TO PAY FOR THIS BAD SERVICE!
