Super duper pathetic useless whatsapp support or any support at ALL

Every single month my billing is messed up by Webafrica and it is IMPOSSIBLE to get hold of anyone on there webchat or calling them. I have been on both many non stop calls since thing morning since 8am and it is not 10:19 and get told to try there super duper whats app support...... try that and all you get is many Im sorry its taking longer than usual(No it not....its always impossible) and eventually get told a call back request has been sent.... i have of those so far today and noone has called me.....just DARE suspend my account and i will go to the ombudsman
