Super disappointing - WILL NEVER RECOMMEND THIS SP TO ANYONE

In my opinion, this is the worst service we have ever received from any service provider. Unfortionalty we signed a contract, If I could do it over I would NEVER have chosen Webafrica as my internet provider. No help, No Service, (and the Whatsapp support is a joke, there is never answer.. sorry "Im sorry it's taking longer than usual to connect you to an agent. Ill keep trying.. "Is all I get.. Stupid bot.. no matter what! when needing help (for over 7 months!!!!) but when calling the sales line your call is answered within a few seconds! Pathetic!
