Super disappointed service of Webafrica
I've paid my account on 19 Dec 2023, now suddenly I receive an email saying there's a R56 outstanding. I've paid the amount that was due in full. I tried several times with there live chat which is non existing not even to say anything about their super fast whatsapp help line. If you advertise a super fast service then dont give such unexceptable service. If this R56 is an increase why wasn't I informed about it.

02 Jan 2024, 10:45I've tried to contact webafrica numerous times. I reach out to the support email of webafrica just to get a reply that they only work through the supper fast whatsapp team. I've send 100 messages, no luck. NEVER MAKE USE OF WEBAFRICA, the worst service I've ever experienced.
