Super bad service

Don't know why webafrica teamed with vumatel. 3rd time in one month that my internet is down, emails saying a manager will be in contact during the day but never calls or even email. Lies. Lies. 5 days without internet but forget to pay just a day, then quick you get a email about paying your account but they can't fix your internet even
