Super Bad Customer Service

Trying to get hold of a support agent as I have a query. Tried emailing them which they responded with saying the mailbox is unmanned and that I should rather try their Whatsapp Bot for Super Fast response... I tried this so called bot for a few days now but to no avail. I then tried calling their support number - *** - where they just say they are experiencing super long waiting times and that I rather should use the Whatsapp Bot....

Sadly I am still holding for an agent in the Whatsapp Bot...

I guess they are NOT so Super Fast after all… All the channels are Super Useless!!!
