"Super" Annoying NON Service

I have been with them for over 10 years and now I will leave them. Firstly I am paying for a 20 MEG download fiber line, but since beginning of August my speeds went down to a crawl. Not even close to 20 MEG, well below 10 MEG. I have tried to call them on numerous occasions the last 2 weeks, but no success. Get told that they have "Super long waiting periods" and that I should use their "Live Whats App" service with a live agent to help, seems like I am actually chatting with a bot and then I get send articles. Well now Web Africa you can take your "Super" service and keep it. Upon canceling my service I still have to give these people a months notice.
