After a week of much frustrations with trying to resolve a billing issue with Webafrica, I eventually was contacted by one of their agents Ryan Petersen. Not only did he resolve my billing issue, but he also assisted me with a technical issue that I have been struggling with for a long time. After the billing issue was resolved, Ryan kept me up to date with regular feedback. This guy definitely went way beyond his call of duty. He is extremely proud of what he is doing and is very thorough, friendly, knowledgeable, efficient and just a pleasure to deal with. Ryan you most definitely restored my faith in Webafrica. Pity you cannot handle all the Whatsapp chats. Keep up the good work. Webafrica is very, very lucky to have someone like you!!
