We understand how frustrating it must be to go through a move of premises and then deal with delays and a lack of clear communication, especially when you expected everything to be set up and working smoothly. When service restoration takes longer than expected, it can feel very disruptive.
This situation has not reflected the smooth and well‑coordinated experience we aim to provide from start to finish.
We can see that you request has been escalated, and the relevant teams are actively working on getting your service up and running. The Faults Follow‑up Team, are engaging directly with the network provider to ensure there are no outstanding issues and to drive the restoration of your connection as soon as possible.
Your feedback will be shared with our Service Quality Team for review and improvement, as ensuring better communication and faster turnaround during relocations is a key priority.
If you would like any additional assistance or check on progress, feel free to send us a direct message on Hello Peter, and we’ll gladly assist further.
We remain focused on getting your connection restored and ensuring your experience improves from here onward.
Warm regards,
Webafrica Crew
