Suck *****

Pathetic customer service ! Absolutely atrocious..... Pre-order fiber which was somehow activated without anyone coming out to complete the fiber installation. Now I'm being passed around from department to department wanting to cancel the service so I can move to another service provider but apparently they need evidence lo. This company doesn't even deserve a one star rating.
