Such terrible service

I made payment on the 15th of October to this day my service is still offline. I’ve been trying to contact Webafrica through their WhatsApp line and Facebook messenger. All I got is a reference number a promise to escalate my issue. On Sunday I requested to cancel my subscription since I paid for nothing, I’m still waiting for an agent to get back to me to this day. I wouldn’t recommend Webafrica to anyone. Very poor service indeed
