For a web company not to have any telephone number or email address to contact is shameful. that web bot if yours is hopeless and does not help. i had to find out from my community whatsapp group that the fibre lines are down im my area because your bot only has a limited number of options.. teally not having a method to contact you telephonically is actually a slap in the customers face as if you dont have time to listen but youll still take our money even when there is no service.. thanks for nothing guys.
