Suboptimal Vumatel/Webafrica sercie

I've had absolutely atrocious service from Webafrica and their partner in inefficiency, Vumatel. It's working now, but what a nightmare to get to this point. While waiting for them, I've had to pay a fortune in mobile data costs. The two don't communicate properly and send conflicting an no-reply emails. They don't answer phone calls and I've had to wait two hours at times to get connected to a chat agent - sometimes I just gave up. Up to this point, Telkom won the award for bad service, but now Vumjatel/Webafrica gets this dubious award.
