Submit Complaints to ICASA as Well

WebAfrica is attempting to deduct money I do not owe them via debit order. Customer service is unreachable. Their new Whats App approach to customer service makes reaching them and communicating with them almost impossible. I recommend that all people submitting complaints here also submit formal complaints to ICASA.
