Shortly after, Vumatel communicated that they lack the infrastructure for my apartment block, rendering the order unprocessable. Upon contacting Web Africa about the situation, I was assured my deposit would be reimbursed. However, it has been a week since the call, and I am yet to receive any reimbur*****t. This delay in addressing the matter reflects poorly on the customer service, leaving me frustrated with the overall experience.
