Stuck in WEBAFRICA with Willie the BOT

Still stuck in Webafrica since the 30th September.Have been given the run arround to date promises has been made to restore my line still nothing.After chatting to 12 consultants still no joy.Ive paid for a full month received a credit note but they refuse to accept my cancelllation and promise to send a technician out.Im 'GATVOL'and won't recommend webafrica to anyone.Today is Friday the 13th October low and behold still not resolved. Nobody gives a Dam they send you from pillar to post in circles and then back to Willie the BOT..Worst service ever do t use them their level of urgency and customer support is pathetic !
