Struggling to pay for my Internet

I have been struggling to pay for my Internet since Friday till today there is no option to pay on the app. I am also trying to get hold of you on your WhatsApp platform since morning but no one has responded, my worry is since today is the last day of the month my Internet will be disconnected and I use it for work. Kindly help me please.
