Struggle to cancel fibre line with WEBAFRICA

This is easiest way to get fiber but the problem comes when you try and cancel the service i have been trying since the 30 august 2022 to cancel my service I have moved out of above mentioned address but they keep debiting my account I have sent emails made phone calls spoken to there whatsapp bot but stil nothing In my opinion they are taking money *******ly from my account No matter what i do i cant get help when i actually get thru to someone a real person they say they wil escalate my case yet i never hear from them again
