Stranded without internet

Is there anyone willing to see to these issues? I've just about exhausted every bit of hope I had trying to resolve similar issues these other clients have been facing. Could someone explain what an extra fee of R131.17 is? I was disconnected for this and I just need to know what it's for.

I've spend almost another R399 on airtime trying to get hold of an agent.
