****** Sim and Power supply Cable by there delivery guys

The delivery guys stole my sim and power supply cable. I have been making contact with them on all platforms. After asking them to deactivate my ****** sim. They have not done so for almost a full two weeks now. They debited my account again. I have not even made Use of any date from WebAfrica. They have not provided me with a new sim or power supply cable. They don't give feedback.
