Still waiting for a refund

Hi, i took out a fibre package for Vuma reach via Webafrica and paid R399 to WebAfrica only to find out they dont install in flats, they allowed me to register and pay yet they knew they do not install oif you live in a flat.

I took this up , enquired AND REQUESTED A REFUND, they keep telling me to wait for 48 hpurs,m i just want my R399 back so i can find and pay for another internet services provider. Please assist me as i have tyried all possible ways to be assisted but no help!
