STILL STRUGGLING TO GET MY REFUND AFTER UNAUTHORIZED BILLING

Zero rating!!! I still have not received my refund even though a credit note was promised 3 times already. They billed my account in January 2023 after I gave them a month and a half's notice of termination. They hide behind their frustrating Whatssap platform and you end up chatting with multiple agents where you have to repeat your story every time. Worst customer experience ever. Stay away from these guys
