Still no response to the breach of contract
I made a report before and I will every week till the end of days till I get my answer. We cancelled our service in the 30 day period and thus qualified for the money back guarantee. But we keep getting excuses although these excuses aren't listed in their contracts. Or TOU. Whichever. But yeah. I am still waiting for this and I will keep complaining till this gets sorted.

We know that you're not happy with the resolution provided to you on your previous complaint but, we are not in breach of contract nor the Consumer Protection Act. As explained during all your discussions with us we cannot process a refund on the account due to the amount of data used which exceeded 160gb for the month of February 2015.
The account was also used up until the 1st March 2015 and if there was no usage on the account for the month or if the issue was brought to our attention within the first week of the account going live, we would have been happy to process the refund. However, this is not the case.
Also note we require a full calender months notice for the cancellation of any service but in lieu of your unhappiness with our service we waived this by doing an immediate cancellation and removed any charges for March 2015. That was the only thing we could do on this matter but we will not be able to refund you for a service which you'ved used.
If you are still unhappy with this you as a consumer are allowed to take this further, but there is nothing more we can do on this matter.
Regards
Justin
