Still no lte activation

Ot has been way past 48 hours waiting for activation on my lte sim card. The call centre is useless and give contradicting info, one call center agent says call Telkom directly for activation whilst the other says webafrica does activations themselves and no one can actually give me a reason as to why it is not activated or even when it will be activated. The service is very very poor
