Still No Internet After Endless Calls & Chats – URGENT!

I’ve been going back and forth via calls and WhatsApp for days just to get internet installed at a property I recently purchased. I’ve spoken to multiple agents, and every single one gives me a different story.

I’ve made it crystal clear that I have no contact with previous tenants, yet I keep getting told to wait 48–72 hours while nothing changes. I even tried reaching out through the selling agent, but because there were multiple tenants before, no one knows who the line belonged to.

I work from home and urgently need internet. I’ve said I’m happy to reinstall everything if that’s what it takes, but the agents I’ve dealt with seem unsure how to resolve this. The worst part? They speak as if I know what’s happening, throwing around names like Webafrica, Vumatel, Afrihost—I don’t care about the technicalities. I just need my query resolved fast.

This is beyond frustrating. Please escalate this immediately and get my internet up and running.
