Still no internet after being promised 48hrs turn around time

We have been without Internet since the 14th December. This was reported to Webafrica on the 15th. Have escalated numerous times and been given a maximum of 48 hrs turn-around time from Webafrica but still no contact from Frogfoot. Webafrica fault ref 269291 on the 15th December.
