still no fibre?/

I tried several times through WhatsApp support to get updates. It can't 2 months to activate the service. You guys is whole time waiting on feedback from frog foot. I don't need ANY installation to be installed. I have the black box and re router. I have never ever had such a long issue to get fibre installed
