STILL HAVE NO WIFI CONNECTION!

The worst technical team and support to deal with! Ive had no WiFi Connection for four days. This issue was logged on the very same day it happened - Sunday. It's been four days without WiFi and you still close my ticket saying the issue is resolved! What NONSENSE is that? To date: Thursday I STILL HAVE NO WIFI CONNECTION! This issue has been escalated by WebAfrica - the service provider to priority 4 but Vumatel has closed the ticket! Absurd! Can your technical team get this sorted reference number : New Reference Number: ***5 Old closed Reference ***9! I need this resolved by COB today!
