Still dissatisfied

With regards to my problem last week, I again tried contacting Webafrica to speak to a Manager and still no satisfaction. I spoke to Aphiwe and Sagwagi, both of whom did not help me. Aphiwe did phone me back and she was "confused" with my discussion with her and said she'd get her manager to call me back as they were in a meeting. It's now 6h17pm and I still did not receive a call from management.

Webafrica is a useless bunch.
